Needle, not syringe

Today we went up the Space Needle in Seattle...

But the elevator wasn't the only thing that had gone up...so had Bryce's blood sugars
(betcha can't tell which one Bryce is in this cheesy pic they took of us in front of the green screen! hahaha)

The huge correction bolus started kicking in as we headed back down the Space Needle and someone was feeling much better by the time we left...

Isn't it amazing how much mood is affected by blood sugar numbers!?!

  1. Oh, I soooo wish I knew what it was like in their little bodies as their blood sugars sky rocket and plumet. It has got to be unsettling for sure.

P.S. I uploaded our family walk letter on BETA BUDDIES, upper right hand tab (under "Docx for Ed...etc") I need to go re-upload it without all of our personal info on it (LOL). That one was a long letter. I did a "front and back" letter for that year. I think it was due to the larger font size.

  2. Wow! These pics are worth a million words! Once their sugars come down they sure do pop back to life!
